Santa's Pantry is a 501C(3) nonprofit organization that promotes the "Pay it Forward" movement (random acts of kindess) in Michiana through festivals and events that benefit numerous local 501C(3) organizations. We hold 4 "big" events a year and several small events/activities. We are currently in need of volunteers for our Bristol Community Pay It Forward Festival on Sept. 25th. Opportunities include: Doing easy crafts with children; Working a 50/50 raffle table; Working a door prize table; Reading to children; Baking/donating cookies for a cookie walk; Working cookie walk table; Taking money for family portrait booth; Taking money for fire truck bucket rides;
We are also looking for board members for 2011. Duties include: Attend and participate in monthly board meetings; Share ideas and offer suggestions on ways we can help community; Help promote festivals and events; Grant research; Provide support based on skills and talents.
