Maintenance volunteers assist in maintaining Mosaic properties and residences, providing repair and upkeep services as well as decorative/landscape services. Contact with people Mosaic serves is infrequent and is supervised.
Responsibilities may include: lawn care, tree, shrub and flowerbed maintenance, painting, minor repairs (repairs requiring a certified technician will not be done by a volunteer unless the volunteer has the necessary certificate), snow removal/ice prevention, other suitable tasks as needed.
Expectations include: knowledge of repair and maintenance principals, skill with various tools, friendly attitude, ability to keep confidential information private, ability to work independently, ability to comprehend requested tasks, must be independently mobile.
Additional Info: Tools and equipment will be provided by Mosaic. If personal tools or equipment are used, Mosaic will not be responsible for damage to them.
